Grade C – A medium-fine grade compound with softer, rounded particles. For use with surfaces in a fairly good condition, will remove light corrosion and round out scratches – this will leave swirl marks. Suitable for oxidation removal and repolishing.

Nushine II is a graded system of metal polishes suitable for most bare metals (including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Copper, Brass etc.) each designed for specific tasks.

Description

NuShine II Grade C – Graded metal polishing system from Nuvite Chemical for polishing aircraft aluminium surfaces including aircraft inlets and leading edges. Grade C is a compounding Grade. Before a polished metal surface can present a really clear deep image, it needs to be prepared for the final finish to “heal the surface”. One or more of the NuShine II Compounding Grades may need to be used before the final “Nuvite Look” can be achieved.

Nushine II Grade C is a light compounding grade polish that we recommend using for prep of already polished surfaces prior to using Grade S. Grade C will remove the cloudy/hazy white background (called “undercast”) and other surface dullness found in many otherwise good polish finishes.

NuShine II is a graded system of polishes for both metal and paint finishing designed specifically, to be a “System” of differing polishes – with characteristics that do specific tasks. They provide the finest surface finish available. It allows the operator to select the exact grade suitable for the condition of the surface to be polished, be it brand new, oxidized in use, or with atmospheric corrosion. NuShine II not only polishes metals and paints and to an incredibly deep, clear and image-reflecting surface, but also imparts a protective chemical barrier to inhibit corrosive oxidation to the metal. The perfect product for polishing aircraft aluminium or as it is often called, brightwork. Approved by Gulfstream, Bombardier, Embraer, Boeing, Dassault, Honda Jet and most leading aircraft manufacturers for polishing aluminium.
