PG777 PREMIUM AIRCRAFT MASKING TAPE
A pressure-sensitive masking tape designed primarily for the aircraft industry where resistance to strong solvent / high solids polyurethane-based paints is a necessity. Adhesive is specially formulated to provide excellent adhesion to, and transfer free removal from, a variety of prepared aluminum surfaces. Product is able to support large kraft aprons. It will perform in cycle-bake applications of 140°F for 4-6 hours for up to three cycles. Conformable, extra-strong smooth crepe paper backing provides clean paint break lines and strength for pulling long paint lines with clean, tear-free removal. The release coating is also designed to resist paint flaking upon removal. Not recommended for outdoor use.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
Paint masking, either OEM or repair. Allows clean removal from aluminum, primed aluminum, and painted aluminum surfaces even when cycled three or more times.

STORAGE RECOMMENDATION
Store new stock behind current stock. Store in a clean, dry place. Temperature of 70°F (21°C) +/- 6°F, and 40% to 50% relative humidity are recommended.
SHELF LIFE
When stored under recommended conditions, converted rolls have an expected shelf life of up to one (1) year from the date of shipment. Jumbo rolls have the same expected shelf life, but it is recommended that they are converted within six (6) months of date of shipment.
