Granitize Xzilon X20-15 For Painted Surfaces
X20-15 Classic for Paint is Granitize Aviation’s complete airframe paint and polished surface area protectant. Built-in UV-30 protection to extend paint life. One 16oz bottle is enough material to cover 1600 square feet of surface area with one coat. Gulfstream, Boeing, Douglas, and Airbus approved. 16oz / 1 Pint.

Application:
Apply only in a well-ventilated area.
- Ensure that surfaces are completely free of oil , grease, polish and contamination, clean thoroughly with AeroWash HD
- The aircraft surface temperature should be between 45 and 90 degrees F during application.
- Avoid application of X20-15 when the humidity is above 90% whenever possible.
- The aircraft surface should not show signs of visible moisture (rain, condensation or the like.)
- If X20-15 is applied in direct sunlight, the working time of material will decrease. The technician will need to apply to a smaller area for workability.
- Keep the X20-15 container sealed when not in use. The product will attract moisture and harm the formulation effectively defeating the molecular adhesion properties.
- The shelf life of unopened X20-15 is 18 months. The shelf life of an open bottle of X20-15 with the cap securely on the bottle and stored properly is 2 months. If X20-15 pours in a cloudy or milky consistency, do not use it. Discard the remaining contents.
- Keep all material from being exposed to floor and shop contamination.
