I've just completed a project when I needed to source much online and the general experience was quite terrible. I am quite a pernickity person who needed a small order. Kevin treated me as a valued customer, identified my requirement and made a very clear recommendation for a high quality, cost-competitive solution which fit my circumstances. I am an overseas customer. For my order, I ended up paying a lot for shipping. I note that in general when buying items internationally shipping costs appears to be almost arbitrary, depending upon supplier and shipper. I've bought items and shipped them internationally for peanuts, yet at other times incurred very high charges for a similar service. I really don't understand how the freight/shipping business works, so my comment really refers only to the outcome and how it appears to affect me. Your charges were by no means the worst I've seen, but perhaps this is an area you could improve for the benefit of customers ?
As an example, at around the same time that I placed my order from you, I bought some items from another UK supplier. The carton was the same size as yours - albeit lighter. In that case, as my order value exceeded $130, the shipping was free and the goods arrived in 4 days.
Just to let you know we finally got around to giving our Cessna a spring clean using your polish and glaze.
The results are fantastic. The polish was easy to use and the glaze gave the paint a really deep shine. It took my wife and I six hours to do the job.
It is by far the best aircraft polish we have ever used.

My customer (VVIP Corporate) was AOG for some Nu-Shine, i googled the product and found your website. Sent an e-mail on Sunday afternoon and was amazed to receive a response from Kevin (based in Brentwood) he continued to answer 101 questions for me into Sunday evening! Most impressed, to hear from a UK company out of hours (in a non spare park capacity is almost unheard off!!) even a large number of Aircraft Spare Parts company's you cannot get a bean of information out of until normal office hours!
