The formulation includes color brighteners and a mild, fresh aroma without heavy perfumes. Additionally, Nuvite Extractor helps keep your extraction equipment clean and makes cleanup easy. When you meet those tough cleaning needs in industrial and commercial buildings, or in aircraft, RV, marine, auto and truck applications, you can’t do better than Nuvite Extractor.

Also works great with the popular small extraction machines and scrubbers for home upkeep use.

Application.

Carpet Machine Cleaning: Follow instructions on machine, using 2 to 4 ounces of Extractor per gallon of water or 60 to 120 ml per liter of water. Test effect on lightweight upholstery fabrics with diluted Extractor prior to use.

Nuvites’ C-49 SuperCleaner is the most versatile and effective cleaner available for cleaning fabrics, leather, carpet, plastics, laminates and even metals! In other words, for cleaning all types of surfaces generally found in commercial & private aviation.
Nuvites’ C-49 Super Cleaner is biodegradable, has a pleasant, clean smell and is safe for users and all your interior surfaces. It’s extremely easy to use and is supplied in concentrated form, so dilution can be varied for a wide range of needs.

Directions: Spot cleaning: Dilute Nuvite C-49 Super Cleaner 1:8 with water. Spray a cotton cloth to dampen cloth, then apply to soiled spots. Soak out as much soil as possible into a dry cotton cloth. If soil spot persists after soaking with towel, spray C-49 directly on spot and use soft brush to agitate up and down, then side to side. Re-apply dry cotton cloth to soak out agitated residue. Repeat as needed. Finally, lightly spray around general area of spot, and work surface with up and down then side-to-side action with a dry cotton cloth. Refer to MSDS for health & safety information. For broad areas: Dilute C-49 Super Cleaner to 1:12. Clean soiled area with up/down, then side to side action with C-49 dampened cotton cloth. As surface becomes wet, switch to dry cloth. For leather: after cleaning very soiled areas with C-49, replace oils and surface condition with Nuvite Leather Guard. Refer to MSDS for health & safety information. Contact Frasers Aerospace representatives for further information and assistance.

Concentrated Fuselage Gel Cleaner Drywash (1 USG)

CitriCut Xtra, a citrus based cleaner, provides a wide range of airframe cleaning capabilities with the added benefit for fleet livery appearance. Nuvite’s exclusive formulation gives exceptional cleaning power while enhancing paint gloss factors. Whether Wetwash with rinse, Waterless Dry-Cleaning to avoid affluent runoff, or Hand Detailing to enhance gloss factors the Nuvite CitriCut Xtra deposits a thin protective sealant against resoiling and paint oxidation.

CitriCut Xtra offers the versatility of being able to wetwash with up to a 1:20 dilution dependent on soil conditions. Where waterless dry cleaning is preferred a 1:10 dilution can be utilized without the need of capturing affluent rinse runoff. CitriCut Xtra when used strictly as a hand wash/wax detail through a spray bottle application, a dilution of 4:1 is recommended for cleaning with maximum deposition of surface sealant.

CitriCut Xtra is recommended for the periodic cleaning of exterior aircraft surfaces in dilutions determined by the extent, condition and type of soil to be removed.

Routine Cleaning – Wet Wash:

Dilute 1:8-1:20 with water, depending upon soil conditions and cleaning frequency. Apply to aircraft surfaces by spray, mop or foam application. Agitate surface to loosen soils and rinse clean with water.

Dry Wash (Rinse free):

Dilute 1:8-1:12 with water, depending upon soil conditions and cleaning frequency. Apply to aircraft surfaces by spray or manually with mop/pad. Agitate surface to loosen soils, then wipe dry with a clean terry towel or string mop, thus allowing sealant to dry.

Hand Wash/Wax:

Use full strength concentrate, or up to a 4:1 dilution, depending upon soil conditions. Apply to aircraft surfaces by spray or manually with mophead/pad. Agitate surface with a wash pad to loosen soils. Do not allow work area to dry. Hand buff till dry with clean dry mophead or terry cloth pad.

Concentrated Fuselage Gel Cleaner (1 USG)

Nuvite’s citrus-based CitriCut Gel wetwash uses it’s fluid viscosity to cling to vertical and overhead surfaces, and it provides increased wet-out time and penetration of stubborn dirt or caked grease. CitriCut Gel extends Nuvite’s extremely popular CitriCut formulation and its exceptional cleaning capabilities to even the most difficult situations. It also allows longer wet time for all surfaces even when used with water dilution. Water dilution may still be used if needed, or, for heavy cleanup, CitriCut Gel can be used at full concentrate strength by applying with a low pressure spray, let soak, and spray rinse clean with high pressure. All these capabilities come without worry of gelcoat/paint, acrylic or metal damage, and it is safe for users and the environment. It smells good, too!

For Normal Cleaning – Wet Wash:

Dilute 1:2-1:8 with water, depending upon soil conditions and cleaning frequency. Apply to surfaces by spray, mop or foam application. Agitate to loosen soil and rinse with water.

Vertical or overhead surfaces:

Spray full strength on surface with low pressure spray. Allow to soak – CitriCut Gel will cling and penetrate soil and grease. Agitate to loosen and spray rinse with high or low pressure water. Note: in the event of product contact on formed polycarbonates, thoroughly rinse with water.

Heavy-Duty Cleaning:

Use full strength concentrate, viscosity can be adjusted with liquid CitriCut if desired. Allow to soak 15-20 minutes. Do not allow soaked area to completely dry. Rinse with high pressure water.

Leather Soap RFU (32oz) is an extremely effective cleaner for Aircraft, Automotive, Marine and Domestic finished leathers and vinyl, leaving you with a surface ready for conditioning/protecting with Aero Cosmetics’ Leather Conditioner. Works well with the Aero Scrubber and V-100 wipers.

Directions for use.

• Spray onto surface to be cleaned or spray onto a clean microfiber cloth. Wipe surface to be cleaned.
